How are projects structured, and what should we remember?

The project description is as precise as it can be.

Indeed, patents do not protect the secret, they mainly provide a competitive edge.

Our innovations are nevertheless protected by deposits that provide a certain date for the innovation.

To go further, we will need a confidentiality agreement

All projects start with the manufacturing and development of a prototype. This is the first budget included in the overall envelope. This prototype allows for improvement, after initial operation at full scale, and in real material.

The remaining budget allows us to move to the industrial stage while remaining independent.

The end of the project remains a good completion contract between the parties.
